Conflict Resolution Techniques in Business Life

Purpose of Course
The existence of different opinions contributes to the development of the institution, but when disagreements are not managed well, problems such as conflicts and lack of communication occur. The purpose of this training to solve all these is to teach the participants techniques that will manage this stress and strengthen communication when conflicts and disagreements occur.

Content of Course
This is a training that includes content where you can find answers to questions such as What is Empathy? How is Conflict Analysis Done? What are Conflict Resolution Styles? How can healthy relationships be established after conflict in the workplace?

Adults in business life.

Output of Training
A Certificate of Participation will be given.

Days and Hours of Training
It is scheduled for 1 month, 1 (one) day per week, maximum 3 hours per day.
